names should comprise only the letters a-z, the digits
0-9 and the hyphen "-"
Domain
names cannot start or end with a hyphen "-"
Other
special characters like the underscore "_" or
an exclamation mark "!" are not permitted.

names should not consist of a single character.

is not a domain name; www is actually, the name of a computer

Domain
names under ind.in(for individuals) should be suffixed
by 2 or more numerals (to be chosen by the individual).

a ccTLD Manager for India, National Center for Software Technology
(NCST) is in charge of the operations and supervision of the
DNS services for the .IN ccTLDs.
On allocation of domain name, NCST will issue a Internet Domain
Name Registration Certificate to billing contact of the organization,
which has been allotted the domain name.
